Laboratory
Laboratory testing equipment includes: Quadratic element testing instrument, Vibration test bench, Drop Test, Constant temperature and humidity testing instrument and Salt spray testing instrument.
Ensure that the product has good quality and maintains good performance after long-term transportation.
Production line
Equipped with 4 assembly lines, including 2 semi-automatic lines, with a monthly production capacity of no less than 6000 units.
Quality department
Including IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC, conducting incoming material inspection, production process inspection, complete machine inspection, and pre-shipment inspection.
Warehouses
There are two material warehouses, one for semi-finished products and the other for raw materials. Raw warehouse has clear partitions for each type of material, such as electronic materials area, hardware area, plastic parts area, etc., and there are corresponding storage cabinets for electronic materials and battery products. At the same time, there is a dedicated person responsible for recording the temperature and humidity environment of the warehouse every day to ensure that raw materials are in good condition.
